1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 business days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all accessories and packaging
  • Be returned with the original invoice

2. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Step 2: Submit Your Request

  • Log in to your account on cheetah.cm
  • Go to “My Orders”
  • Select the item and click “Create a Return”

Step 3: Return the Item

If your order was delivered via an agency, return it to the same location.

Step 4: Packaging

Ensure the product is returned with:

  • Original packaging
  • All accessories
  • Invoice

3. Accepted Reasons for Returns

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Product not matching website description
  • Suspected counterfeit product

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments (boxers, swimwear)
  • Intimate products
  • Beauty, skincare, and hygiene products
  • Food and consumables (beverages, cigars)
  • Phone accessories (cases, screen protectors)
  • Electronic accessories (earphones, chargers, headphones)

5. Important Conditions

  • Returns that do not meet requirements will be declined
  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible
  • Requests after 7 business days will not be accepted
  • Some products may be covered under warranty

6. Return Processing

All returned items are inspected before approval.

Replacement

  • Completed within 1–3 business days
  • Contact support if delayed

Refund

  • Processed within 3–5 business days
  • Issued via:
    • MTN Mobile Money
    • Orange Money
