Return Procedure

You have 7 business days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

  2. Initiate Your Return Online:
    Log in to your account on cheetah.cm, go to “My Orders”, select “Return”, and click on “Create a Return” to complete the process.
  3. Drop Off the Item:
    If your item was delivered through an agency, return it to the same agency.
  4. Ensure Proper Packaging:
    The returned item must be accompanied by its invoice, all accessories, and the original packaging in good condition.
  5. Verification Process:
    All returned items will undergo a thorough verification to confirm their eligibility.

Valid Reasons for Returns

Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:

Missing Parts

Non-Conformity with the Product Listed on the Website

Counterfeit Product


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons:

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days and are issued exclusively via Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money.
