To make this theatrical rendition credible, I have drawn largely from facts of history, of history, of both oral and written forms. Researching and writing on a historical issue, including one so delicate by nature, so sensitive and even sensational, is no easy for their author, whatever their sensibilities or their scholarship. Hasty and uninitiated critics tend to gloss over such renditions and then either hail or denigrate their creators.
