Eligible Reasons for Return

If the item you received is incorrect, damaged, defective, incomplete, the wrong size, or counterfeit, you are eligible for a return. To ensure a smooth process, please report the issue as soon as possible after receiving your item.

Change of Mind

Change your mind? No problem! You can return your item, but please note that refunds will only be processed if the product’s seal remains intact, and the item has not been tampered with in any way.

Important Return Guidelines

• All seals, tags, and accessories must remain intact.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• If a password was set on the device, please ensure it is removed prior to return. Failure to do so will invalidate your return.

Fast and Convenient Refunds

To receive your refund quickly, drop off your return at our main store located at Douala-Logbessou, 12th Avenue, opposite Emergence Bilingual Nursery and Primary School.

For Bank payments, refunds are immediately credited to your Cheetah Cameroon account, where the balance can be used on future purchases. If you prefer a refund back to your card, you can request one at any time by contacting our support team. We will process your request within 48 business hours, and the refund should reflect in your account within 3-5 additional days.
